Well, hopefully I finally have this blog entry right.....my apologies to those of you that have gotten multiple versions of this post. I could blame it on computer error, but it's more like the one pushing the buttons that is fouled up this morning.

This graphite pencil drawing is another in the "brothers" series.

Big brother is protective of his little sibling as he keeps a firm hand on the younger boy's arm. Although the mare belongs to the older boy, the small one has declared ownership, referring to the mare as "his big horse". Big, indeed, from the short stance of a 2 year old.
