Musings of an unhinged mind.

Hi friends,

With one of the holidays behind us now, my new book on Scratchboard Etchings has moved forward and is available on my site for direct order through the publisher. Amazon is also carrying the book and in a few days I will have it set up so you may use their "look inside this book" feature.

A recent week in Olympia, Washington with visits to the farmer's market, marina, coffee tasting house, brew pub, book stores and miles of hiking, some of it in the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge made up a terrific "city fix" for me.

With the promise to friends of joining them for numerous hikes in the high Cascades, I expect to be in that part of the country frequently next year.

Most things are good on the home front....the exeption, of course, is the monster kitten, Morse. He continues to wreak havoc wherever he is.

Morse....he looks so sweet.

This is a 3 minute break before the continuing house destruction.

A friend mentioned that maybe he needs to be contained.....I'm thinking perhaps in a 5 gallon bucket.

The creative spirit is in fine form and enthusiasm is high......painting is going ahead at a brisk pace, including some very experimental pieces. Life is good.

Stay warm and color outside the lines,

Sandra
